Text: Had a blast at this eco lodge! Loved the guided ranch tour, natural pools, and waking up to the sounds of the rainforest. The bungalows were simple but cozy. And guess what? They even have homemade pizzas! Not a single complaint, except for the hot shower enthusiasts. 😜

The room was great, with a private bathroom that had hot-water showers and free toiletries. It even had homemade soap! I loved that the bungalow had a balcony and patio, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The soundproofing was a big plus, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay.
Personally, I didn't like that the bungalow only had a balcony. I would have preferred some additional outdoor space.

We loved the beautiful gardens and the peacefulness of the surroundings. the kids enjoyed the soccer "instructions" and Ginger the dog was adorable. the hike up to the Mirador was breathtaking, especially the sunrise view over Volcan Arenal. the staff, including Jonathan and the young lady at the front desk, were very friendly. Chef Michael and Mira went out of their way to make our stay special, with a personalized meal and a birthday cake for Alejandra. the bar staff, especially Felix, made us feel welcome and provided excellent service. Tanya was an amazing host, ensuring our needs were met and making us feel like valued guests. Emmanuel, the tour guide, was knowledgeable and accommodating. Fabian helped us find our room and was a helpful jack-of-all-trades.
Felt warm, no complaints at all.
